Where It All Began
Before I started GW Sense Room, I was just trying to stay afloat.
I had just graduated, barely figuring out how to be an “adult” in a world that never stops moving. I was anxious all the time. My hair was falling out. I couldn’t sleep. Some nights, I’d stare at the ceiling at 2AM wondering: Is everyone else just… better at this than me?
But the more I talked to people—from classmates to coworkers, parents to strangers—I realized something:
It’s not just me.
Everyone’s carrying something.
The pressure. The overthinking. The noise in your head that won’t turn off.
Whether you’re 22 or 62, life gets overwhelming.
But most of us are never taught how to slow down.
How to feel safe in our own bodies.
How to be soft without feeling weak.
That’s why I started GW Sense Room.
Not to sell pretty things.
But to create simple, sensory tools—like calming sachets, soft plush toys, grounding teas—that could actually help people feel okay.
Not perfect. Not fixed.
Just… held.
So if you’re tired, anxious, overstimulated, or just need a breather—
Welcome.
You’re not alone.
This space was made for you.
